The popularity in the possibility of the Loch Ness Monster being real has drawn in a lot of money. I find this very interesting. It is obvious that if something is bringing in a lot of money to local businesses and the country, you will do things to continue the revenue from this. Like Carroll states the image in the pictures could be anything from a piece of wood to an otter. But for some reason people still go to this place and spend a lotfor a chance to see Nessie. In 1997 alone there was an estimated $37 in revenue that this tourist attraction brought in. It would not be crazy for someone not to start a rumor and get people to believe that this monster is really there.
